Aluminium Soffit Systems

Contour Casings soffit panel and plank systems are versatile, easy to install and attractive.  Individually designed to suit your requirements, we offer three standard systems, although others can be developed.

Aluminium soffit systems are polyester powder coated (PPC) and available in a wide range of BS and RAL colours.  Standard availability from sign off of production drawings is 2 - 3 weeks.

Were necessary, we can incorporate ventilation slots into the soffit systems.

Plank Soffit System The plank aluminium soffit system produces the traditional "shiplap" appearance.  Supplied in 3 metre lengths as standard, the widths are custom made to suit the soffit width.  Plank aluminium soffit systems also have a concealed fixing arrangement.
Secret Fix Soffit System The secret fix aluminium soffit system eliminates visible fixings to provide a seamless, uninterrupted soffit line. Panels are supplied in 3 metre lengths as standard, but other lengths can be produced to intergrate with windows, columns, mullions or other gridline influences.
Standard Panel Soffit System The standard panel aluminium soffit system provides a practical and low-cost soffit solution.  To reduce their visual impact, colour matched fasteners are supplied.

Material Specification: Soffit System fabricated from pressed aluminium alloy sheet to BS EN 485/515/573, grade 1050A-H14/4015-H12, minimum thickness 2mm.

Finish: Polyester Powder Coated to be applied after fabrication.  Colour reference BS or RAL gloss / satin / matt.
