As part of a multi-million pound project and one of the most significant educational developments in Scotland for many years, market leading column casing manufacturer Contour Casings Ltd has been chosen to supply 88 PPC Aluminium column casing systems at Banff & Buchan College, Aberdeenshire.
The column casings, with feature capping detail and in heights of up to 6m, are located in a bright, modern, double-height atrium, as well as contemporary coffee area and learning resource zone.
The in-house design team at Contour, who offer nationwide coverage, conducted a free-of-charge site survey and identified Aluminium column casings as the durable and aesthetic solution to the problem of exposed building structures on this significant development.
