The Contour Clean-Line™ radiator guard offers unrivalled practicality for accessing the radiator and guard interior for cleaning and routine maintenance. It is so simple to use, that it can eliminate the need for maintenance staff to be involved in routine cleaning of radiator guards, as the door can be easily opened by cleaning personnel.
Unlike many other products, the guard does not have to be removed from the wall or disassembled for cleaning, providing major savings in time and money for estates departments. It is particularly suitable for clinical areas where cleanliness is of paramount importance. The front access panel is fitted with 2 quarter turn security fixings. These are quickly unlocked.
Once unlocked the door opens easily. It can be safely lowered to the ground by one person without assistance. Optional security chains are available to be fitted to the door, so that it cannot accidentally fall open.
Once opened, the door rests flush on the floor, which enables it to be stood on safely without damage. It takes less than 15 seconds to get it into this position. As you can see, the whole radiator can be accessed for cleaning. Once you have finished, simply close the door and lock it.
