Contour metal pipe boxing is a robust and durable product, highly-suitable for long, straight lengths and perimeter runs. Manufactured from 1.5mm Galvanised Steel and designed and fabricated using the latest technology, metal pipe boxing can be installed in wet / humid areas without fear of rusting. Cut-outs for pipework and access panels for internal services can be programmed into manufacture, facilitating a fast and efficient installation – at no extra cost. Venting can also be programmed into manufacture without any adjustment to product lead time.
BioCote® antimicrobial additive can be incorporated into the powder coating for up to 99.99% protection against MRSA, E.coli, Listeria, H1N1 and other harmful bacteria and fungi, and is widely-used in Healthcare, Education and Local Authority sectors. The smooth, flawless finish of the pipe boxing enables easy cleaning and maintenance. The one-piece construction of the pipe boxing removes the presence of dirt traps on leg joints.
